Ingredients
- 4 California Fresh Figs
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon dried basil
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
Puree all of the vinaigrette ingredients and 2 tablespoons water in a blender until smooth.
