Ingredients

  • 4 California Fresh Figs
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried basil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Directions

  • Puree all of the vinaigrette ingredients and 2 tablespoons water in a blender until smooth.
