Using a mixer, cream (high speed, using paddle) butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
Slowly add eggs one at a time, until well incorporated into batter.
Add the dry ingredients and continue to mix.
Using a 1 ounce scoop, portion out all of the batter into a sheet pan and bake in the oven at 350°F for 6 minutes.
Remove from pan and press down on par-baked cookie.
Return to oven for another 6 minutes.
Once done, remove from oven and let cool.
