Ingredients
- 1/2 cup California Dried Golden Figs, chopped
- 1/3 cup Rice Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Gochujang
- 1 1/2 tsp. Soy Sauce, low sodium
- Pinch of Salt
Directions
Over medium heat, add all ingredients and whisk. Bring to a simmer and cook until figs are soft.
Turn off heat. Using hand mixer or blender, blend until smooth. Bring back to simmer and use or hold hot.
Serving Suggestion:
Drizzle over grilled chicken thighs and serve with white rice.
