California Fig and Chilies Glaze


  • 1/2 cup California Dried Golden Figs, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Gochujang
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Soy Sauce, low sodium
  • Pinch of Salt


  1. Over medium heat, add all ingredients and whisk. Bring to a simmer and cook until figs are soft.

  2. Turn off heat. Using hand mixer or blender, blend until smooth. Bring back to simmer and use or hold hot.

Serving Suggestion:

  • Drizzle over grilled chicken thighs and serve with white rice.
