Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Butter, unsalted
- 3/4 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
- 2 tsp. Soy Sauce, low sodium
- 1/2 cup California Dried Mission Figs, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Dried Thyme
- Pinch of Salt
Directions
Over medium heat, add butter to pan and melt.
Add onion; sauté 3 minutes or until translucent.
Add stock, vinegar, soy sauce and figs. Simmer until sauce is reduced by half.
Add thyme and salt, mix well, serve, or hold hot.
Serving Suggestion:
Drizzle over seared pork tenderloin with a side of greens.
