- 1 ounce Grand Marnier
- 1 California Dried Fig, quartered
- 1 slice fresh ginger root
- Prosecco, chilled
- ½ California Dried Fig for garnish
- Orange spiral for garnish
Pour the Grand Marnier into a small cocktail shaker or measuring cup. Add the fig and ginger slice. Muddle well, smashing the fig and ginger completely into the liqueur. Strain into a chilled coupe glass (see Note).
Top with chilled prosecco to fill the glass. Garnish with half a fig and an orange spiral before serving.
This drink can also be served over ice. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice and strain the muddled Grand Marnier over the ice. Fill with prosecco and garnish.
