California Fig and Ginger Sparkler

Prep Time


  • 1 ounce Grand Marnier
  • 1 California Dried Fig, quartered
  • 1 slice fresh ginger root
  • Prosecco, chilled
  • ½ California Dried Fig for garnish
  • Orange spiral for garnish


  1. Pour the Grand Marnier into a small cocktail shaker or measuring cup. Add the fig and ginger slice. Muddle well, smashing the fig and ginger completely into the liqueur. Strain into a chilled coupe glass (see Note).




  2. Top with chilled prosecco to fill the glass. Garnish with half a fig and an orange spiral before serving.



  • This drink can also be served over ice. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice and strain the muddled Grand Marnier over the ice. Fill with prosecco and garnish.
